OPEN HOUSE - Custom Homes Available $450000 5bd

"Meet the Builder" Drop In Open House

Sunday June 28th 12-4pm

Our "Meet the Builder" drop in events are an informal opportunity for homebuyers to bring their questions and concerns to an experienced new homes builder.

We offer one-on-one assistance and advice on what to look for when buying a lot, what kinds of changes can be made to a floor plan, and what the difference is between costs for a septic system and a sewer tap fee. We also offer ideas on how to cut costs, and still have the home you've always wanted.

· Great places to buy a lot – and what questions to ask before you sign up.

· Building a Custom Home - why it's more affordable (and easier) than you thought.

· Green Building – what makes a green home different?

· EnergyWise Guaranteed Energy Savings – find out how to reduce heating and cooling energy costs by up to 70%.

· Private Suites for in-laws or guests, and other modifications

As always, open house attendees can also learn about topics like Energy Star construction, solar water heaters, and rainwater collection from a renowned Raleigh area custom homes builder.

Walk through available homes, including one story (ranch) and Energy Star floor plans.

Bring a copy of your floor plans, or contact us ahead of time at Info@StantonHomes.com or 919-278-8070, and we'll even prepare a free home building cost estimate for your home plan ahead of time and go over it with you during the event. It's easy - just send us a link to the online catalog which contains the floor plan you're considering, such as www.FrankBetz.com, www.Houseplans.com, or others - or choose a floor plan from our Library of Favorites at http://www.stantonhomes.com/AllFloorPlans.aspx.
