If you’re attempting to sell your home on your own, which many people are trying right now, ask me how you can advertise on the Raleigh Realty website for free. I completely understand the idea that buyers are looking for a good deal, agents aren’t very successful in selling listings right now, and maybe you can keep the price of your home lower by leaving out the realtor and giving that money/ lower price to the buyer. Makes sense to me too! The only problem here is that those buyers don’t even know that your home exists. I will allow you to advertise for free on the Raleigh Realty website….after all, I would like for my buyers to know about every home available….For Sale By Owner’s too!
